Copyright Registration: Law, Responsibilities and Applications
Course Description
Key Objectives of the Training:
To provide a foundational understanding of copyright law, key distinctions between copyright,
trademark, and industrial design registration, and the scope of protection of creative works,
also to explain the rights of authors and users, along with how those rights
may be transferred or licensed, and the application of the rights to real-world professional and
creative contexts.
